In collaboration with ASip Wine @asip_wine and its esteemed founder, Emilia Hsiao @emilia1130 , we present a curated selection of six exceptional Italian wines—two rosés, two whites, and two reds—each thoughtfully paired with Chef Timothy’s seasonal creations. Expect a symphony of flavors featuring Oscietra caviar, foie gras, burrata, smoked salmon, hamachi, truffles, and other refined surprises.
