About the chef
As a young 21 year old “Chef De Partie”, Chef Timothy inked his third tattoo while working at 3 Michelin starred restaurant, Masa/Bar Masa in New York City. That special tattoo on Chef Timothy’s left forearm is a constant reminder of his beliefs to strive for excellence and to “Make It Nice”.
At the age of 18, Chef Timothy began his culinary journey in the esteemed French kitchen of 2 Michelin starred Restaurant Bouley in New York City. He continued his journey in other notable restaurants such as Seäsonal, Masa/Bar Masa, SHO by Shaun Hergatt, and at age 26 was given the opportunity to lead the kitchen of Caviar Russe where he helped retain its Michelin Star before his departure to Taiwan in late 2017.
We are very excited to see what delicious Contemporary Italian American creations Chef Timothy will bring to Pasta & Co.!
