Chef’s Table

The chef’s table is by reservation only, full meal price must be prepaid to secure your booking confirmation. Payments can be made via LINEPAY or bank transfer.
Cancellation must be made three days prior to the dining date. No refunds will be given within three days of the dining date. (Example: For booking 2025/01/05, canceling must be made before 2025/01/01 to receive a full refund).
If unable to attend on the day of the reservation; there will be no refund, takeout option available.

Important Notes:
Each time slot seats 6 guests.
Dinner begins promptly at 6:30 PM.
When making your reservation, please note any food or drink allergies (including alcohol) or ingredients you cannot consume.
The menu includes raw ingredients, such as raw beef, raw scallops, sea urchin, salmon roe, or raw egg yolk. Please must specify your dietary restrictions and the number of guests at the time of reservation. No adjustments can be made to the menu on the day of dining.

訂位需知說明:
1.主廚餐桌採完全預約制,餐廳將收取「全額餐價」,
付款成功才算預訂完成。
2.可使用LINEPAY、轉帳付款。
3.用餐日三天前可全額退款,若在用餐日三天內則不做退款,以補償餐廳營業及食材損失。
(例:2025/01/05用餐,2025/01/01前取消可全額退款,2025/01/02起則不做退款。)
4.當天臨時無法出席者,餐費無法退還,當天可協助餐點做外帶。

注意事項:
1.每個時段僅接待6位客人
2.晚餐時間 6:30準時入席
3.請於訂位時備註告知有任何食物、飲料過敏(包含酒精類)或不能食用的食材。
4.餐點內容有生食級食材,若不吃生牛肉、生食級干貝、海膽、鮭魚卵、生蛋黃者,請務必備註忌口品項與人數,現場無法臨時做菜單調整。
